Exchanges and returns

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

The simplest way to return an item is to contact our customer service for support. info@stockkiller.com .

The Customer must accompany the product to be returned with all original, undamaged boxes, instructions/documents and packaging materials. The Seller will inspect the returned product. Any product that is not in the same condition in which the Customer received it or that shows signs of use beyond simply opening the packaging does not grant the right to a refund.



WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

The deadline for any exchange is 30 days from the date on which the Customer, or a third person indicated by them, becomes in physical possession of the purchased item. To be able to make an exchange, the item and packaging materials must be in their original condition (unused).

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY EXCHANGE?

You can exchange the item free of charge by first contacting our customer service for support. info@stockkiller.com . The Customer will bear the costs of sending the items for exchange.

In the event of an exchange, Stockkiller will resend the desired item at no additional cost, upon receipt.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

The deadline for any return is 14 days from the date on which the Customer, or a third person indicated by them, becomes in physical possession of the purchased item.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

You can return an item by first contacting our customer service at info@stockkiller.com . The Customer will bear the costs of sending the items for return.

Stockkiller will assume all return costs if there is an internal error in which the product sent does not correspond to your order, if the product is defective or if it was damaged during transport. In these cases, the

Stockkiller will send a courier to your home to collect your order within 72 hours (whenever possible). The transport company will contact you to complete the pick-up. If for any reason the proposed date is not possible for you, please contact them to change it.

Items must be returned accompanied by proof of purchase or the invoice presented at the time of delivery of your order.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN, NON-IN-FACE?

You will receive your order inside an unmarked cardboard box, and inside this packaging you will find a new box/packaging with the purchased item inside.

Keep the unmarked cardboard box as well as the original packaging of all items received throughout the exchange and return period.


In case of exchange or return, not in person, pack the item in its original packaging/box accompanied by all original documents, and place this original packaging/box inside the unmarked cardboard box.
Only place adhesive tape on this unmarked box in a secure way, to avoid accidental opening of the box during transport.

All exchanges and returns require checking the condition of the item and its original packaging.
You should not use the original box/packaging as the shipping box for the item as the presence of damage or adhesive tape will invalidate acceptance of the exchange or return.



WHAT ARE THE RETURN METHODS?

You can choose to exchange or refund.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount using the same payment method in which your order was placed or via bank transfer to your account if it is not possible to return the amounts using the same payment method.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND?

After approval of the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be deposited into your account within a few days.
Remember that credit card payments always depend on your bank.
